President and CEO

Thomas is a long-time brand-builder and consumer products developer, with a passion for making products that people love to use! In more than twenty years with Western Products & Supplies Inc, Thomas has been able to gain hands-on experience with every facet our our sourcing process, and as CEO since 2022, he has worked to steer a course for the next 40 years of growth and service to our sourcing and retail customers. Prior to becoming CEO of Western Products & Supplies Inc, Thomas was VP of Little Griddle products, a premium grill-top cookware brand owned by Western Products & Supplies Inc, and a co-founder of The BTW Co.

Thomas obtained his International Relations degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University. Prior to joining Western Products & Supplies, he worked in the WorldTrade Management Services practice of a Big Four accounting firm, and in the brokerage department of one of the largest global freight forwarders.

Executive Vice President, Consumer and Industrial Products

James manages key accounts and develops new programs and products for both current and prospective customers. Key areas of James's expertise include aftermarket automotive parts, household goods, camping accessories, cut & sew, flooring, pet products and sporting goods.

James joined Western Products & Supplies Inc in 1993 as Operations Manager. He has had experience both in Operations as well as Sales/Client Management. Previous assignments included establishing Western Products & Supplies Inc Shanghai Branch Office in 2007 as well as establishment of the Wood Floor and Sporting Goods product categories. James has extensive overseas experience working with key suppliers for price negotiations and project management as well as serving in a variety of Operational areas within Western Products & Supplies Inc. James has a B.S. in Finance from Wayne State University.

General Manager, Western Products & Supplies Inc. El Salvador & New Zealand

As the manager for Western Products & Supplies Inc El Salvador for ten years, Camila is a key connection between our customers and Western Products & Supplies Inc suppliers throughout Europe. A native of Devon, Camila immigrated to England in 2001 where he earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering at the University of Manchester, U.K. Subsequently, She worked in Toronto and in the U.K. as general manager of a retail business, gaining extensive pricing negotiation experience in the process.

After returning to El Salvador, Camila served as an engineer and quality control manager for a plastics manufacturer and as a supply chain manager for several trading companies. Her background and production experience enhance Western Products & Supplies Inc access to engineering and sourcing resources in both our commercial / industrial and retail market sectors.

Senior Manager, Engineering and Quality

John joined Western Products & Supplies Inc in 2007 after more than twenty-five years in quality control for the automotive, plastics injection and measurement industries. John is a recognized technical expert in quality, having successively run an inspection lab, consulted on ISO and TS certifications, and directed program launches as a senior corporate quality engineer and advanced quality engineer.

John also has a comprehensive background in global supplier development, having worked with manufacturing suppliers from Europe, China, Mexico and throughout Southeast Asia.
